The Reach for the Stars Gala is a signature black-tie event hosted by the Delta Omicron Omega Alumni Chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated, dedicated to celebrating academic excellence, community impact, and the power of investing in our youth. This meaningful evening culminates in awarding a college scholarship to a deserving high school senior, empowering the next generation of leaders to pursue their dreams, and encourage them reach for the stars.

The brothers of the Delta Omicron Omega Chapter are proud to participate in what we consider an annual commitment—delivering backpacks to the families of High Point Apartments in South Fayetteville as part of the NWA Community Back to School Drive Hosted by The Squire Center. While we are not involved in the packing process, our role in the direct delivery ensures that these essential school supplies make it into the hands of students who need them most. We’re honored to be part of this impactful initiative each year and remain hopeful that this tradition continues for many years to come.

Christmas with the Iotas is an annual event where the brothers of Delta Omicron Omega partner with the High Point Apartments in South Fayetteville Arkansas. The apartment complex provides the event space and food. The chapter, provides the apartment complex with toys, and gifts for each child and health screenings or the adults. We also bring special/unique gifts that children can win in a raffle by using their report cards to encourage education.

Fellowship. Fun. Connection. Bingo with the Iotas is a joyful, community-centered event hosted primarily in partnership with the Legends Ministry of St. James Missionary Baptist Church. Designed to bring people together in a relaxed and uplifting environment, this event is more than just a game night—it’s about building bonds, sharing laughter, and honoring those who have paved the way for us.
